Organization: The President’s Gallery at Harold Washington College.
The President’s Gallery at Harold Washington College will feature an exhibition from Project& artist Cheryl Pope, titled Just Yell: Unfolding the Folds. As part of the exhibition, Pope will work with students to inspire artistic responses to pressing social issues such as the #blacklivesmatter protests and the new civil rights movement. These responses will become part of the exhibition.

Pope is a resident of the college’s Pedestrian Project, a Visiting Artists Program within the Department of Art and Architecture.

The exhibition will run from January 27th-February 27th, 2015, which will include a public presentation with Pope on Thursday, February 19th from 12:00-2:00pm. To read more about the exhibition, please click here.
