Project& artist Hank Willis Thomas is interviewed on the occasion of the installation of his piece, In Search of the Truth (Truth Booth) in Miami for Art Basel. The installation asks participants to record their own ending to the sentence, “The truth is…” Of the exhibition, Willis Thomas says, “The truth is ageless and timeless. The youngest participant is three years old and the oldest ones are probably in their 80s. They’re speaking about the same thing from their perspective and no one can take that away from them.
